In plain English: some technologies support the website itself. Others measure visits, enquiries or advertising. This policy explains the difference; reading it or continuing to browse does not give consent.

Section 01

About This Policy

Ulteum Marking is a trading brand of VCNY Group Limited, the company responsible for this website. This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the current website and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

The relevant UK rules include the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Section 02

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information saved on your device when you use a website. Similar technologies include browser storage, pixels and device identifiers. Session cookies normally expire when a browsing session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them.

Section 05

Analytics, Advertising & Call Tracking

The website uses the Google tag and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether advertising results in a completed enquiry. Google Consent Mode communicates your selected settings to the Google tag. Optional advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied unless you consent.

Where consent is denied, Google may receive limited consent-state and measurement signals without using advertising cookies. We use advertising information for campaign measurement and improvement, not to sell personal information. Telephone call attribution will be described here before any additional call-tracking technology is enabled.

Section 06

Your Cookie Choices

The consent panel allows you to accept all optional technology, reject it, or make separate analytics and advertising selections. You can reopen the panel at any time using the Cookie settings control displayed on the website.

Your choice is saved in local browser storage. Clearing site data will remove that saved preference and the website will ask again. Silence, scrolling or submitting an enquiry is not treated as consent.

Section 07

Forms & Other Services

The contact form uses Netlify Forms to receive an enquiry. Submitting the form is separate from consenting to optional tracking. See our Privacy Policy for information about the personal information submitted through the form.

The pages request typefaces from Google Fonts. This causes a technical request to Google and may disclose information such as an IP address. No maps, embedded videos or chat tools are included in this deployment.

Section 08

Duration & Personal Information

Cookie expiry and retention of information by a service provider are different. Deleting a cookie does not automatically delete information previously collected. Technical request logs and form records are handled according to the provider’s controls and our Privacy Policy.

Identifiers and browsing information can be personal data even when they do not contain a name. Where UK data protection law applies, an appropriate lawful basis is required as well as compliance with PECR.

Section 09

Using Your Browser Settings

Your browser’s privacy or site-data settings normally let you inspect, block and delete cookies and other stored website information. Controls differ by browser and device. Blocking essential storage can affect website functions, and preferences may need to be set separately on each browser or device.

Section 10

Keeping This Policy Up To Date

We will update this policy when the website, providers or purposes change. The current version will be published on this page. Where a new use requires consent, it will be explained and consent obtained before that use begins.
